WHAT DO I NEED TO DO WHEN I MOVE OUT?

Great question! At Campus Crossing the move-out process is so simple! Simply drop off your keys to one of our staff members and provide us with a forwarding address. That’s it!

WHAT ARE THE LEASING OFFICE HOURS?

Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday Noon to 5pm.


WHO DO I CALL IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED?

If you have an emergency maintenance issue, please call 336.554.0004. Please call 911 in the event of a life-threatening emergency.


DO I HAVE ASSIGNED PARKING?

Nope! At Campus Crossing we make parking easy! No monthly fees, no parking lots specifically for your guests, no special decals, no hassle!


CAN I PAY RENT WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Yes! You can access our Resident Portal (link is not working, please replace with this one https://campuscrossing.activebuilding.com/) by clicking here, or at the Resident’s Corner tab on this webpage. You can pay with an electronic check free of charge, or can use a credit or debit card (convenience charges will apply). You can also set your account up for auto-payment. Call us if you have questions!


HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?

At Campus Crossing it is so easy to pay your rent! All you need to do is log on to your tenant portal which is accessed straight through our website tenant portal. From there you will be able to pay by check (FEE FREE), credit card or set-up your account for auto-pay for your convenience!You may also pay by cashiers check or money order at the Campus Crossing office!


WHO REPLACES MY BURNED OUT LIGHT BULBS?

We do! Just call the office at 336-294-3855 and our amazing maintenance staff will be right down to take care of our light bulbs or any other maintenance questions you may have!
