|Recommended: YesMostly nice — You get what you pay for, relatively cheap rent for what is included, the apartments are nice but do have their problems with some equipment being faulty but if you have a problem they will handle it for you and fix it which is amazing they will fix it next day typically as well . My biggest complain would be parking, and it is not on the fault of the apartments themselves, but people tend to park in multiple spots and not fix their parking meaning unless you have a small car you cannot park directly by your building, but the parking lot is big enough that you will find another spot extremely easy.

|Recommended: YesVery Interesting. — It's my first time living on my own in an apartment and I have to say that the experience so far is like a surprise you wasn't expecting and have mixed emotions about, because you don't hate it but you're not in love with it either.

|Recommended: YesOverall, it's a good place to live. The staff is professional, and maintenance is always quick to fix a problem. — Honestly, I like living here. Yes, you can hear the neighbors sometimes, but it isn't anything overbearing. I also like the fact that the staff in the leasing office is willing to work with you as long you communicate whatever needs to be said, and their communication through email is almost immediate. I appreciate that as well as the response to a work order. Maintenance comes over quickly, and if it's not that fast, they will send an email confirming the work order and mentions when they can come. Overall, it's a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesOverall very well Staff is wonderful, neighbors can be noisy — It is a nice place overall, the staff is always helpful and nice. The neighbors can be a bit rowdy and loud though. The outside grounds is usually kept looking nice, but the available parking is not too well and the spaces are kind of small. The inside of the apartment looks nice, the layout is good, the size is also pretty decent. I have the sunroom style which is great for school because we keep our desks in that area.

|Recommended: YesGreat However..Parking — I think living here is great Very spacious apartment to live in, nice location close to UNCG. One of the problems I come into is the parking space, the parking lot is small and the parking spaces itself and extremely tight and tiny, this sometimes makes it hard to park.
